Amanda moved to the Lake Mary area 10 years ago from Colorado. She works for Premier Senior Consultants as a Senior Living Advisor. Her hobbies include golf, outdoor functions, exploring faith and spending time with her two-year old son. She is familiar with our club as she was previously the executive director at Oakmonte Village and is looking forward to getting involved with such a successful group of women.

Kelleigh moved to Maitland 3 years ago from Plant City.  She is the Executive Director at Oakmonte Village Independent Living.  Her hobbies include running, beach travels and reading novels. Kelleigh has four sons and one grandson who was born just born this month.  She is looking forward to being involved in a club that gives back to the community and those less fortunate.  Kelleigh is a proud graduate of the University of Florida.

Channi moved to the Reserve in Heathrow seven years ago from Daytona Beach. She is the co-owner of Sunshine Pharmacy with her husband Paul. Her hobbies include reading and traveling. Channi has four children and joined our club to be more active in the community.

Nancy grew up in Lexington, Kentucky where she met and married her husband Ken. After only being married for about a year they started a series of moves that brought them to Tallahassee, Las Vegas, Chicago, Mary Esther and finally to Longwood where they settled and have enjoyed the past 34 years. She is happily retired after working for IBM, AAA and Junior Achievement of Central Florida. Her hobbies include reading and fitness. She enjoys swimming but substitutes walking or yoga when it's too cool to get in the pool. She has two sons and is eagerly awaiting grandchildren. She has been admiring the work of our club and was excited to join us when member Maureen LaRocca invited her to attend a luncheon.

Nancy moved to Lake Forest from Kentucky two years ago when she and her husband relocated for his job. She enjoys spending her time with her two children who are both 21 years old. Her daughter is attending UCF and her son attends Seminole State. They keep her very busy! She is looking forward to making new friends and getting involved with our charities.

Penny is a longtime member of the Lake Mary community. She is originally from the Boston area and also spent time living in New Jersey and Delaware. Penny sells advertising for our longtime partner and sponsor Lake Mary Life Magazine. Her hobbies include working out, keeping up with politics and world issues, reading and volunteering. She has 3 daughters and very excited that one of her daughters along with her two grandsons recently moved back to Lake Mary. Penny is looking forward to getting involved in our club and taking a stronger role in volunteer efforts.

Manjit moved to Central Florida from Richmond, Virginia and has been in the area for 16 years. She currently lives in Heathrow in the Reserve. Prior to retiring, Manjit managed her husband's office. She has two sons and 5 grandchildren. Golf is one of her favorite hobbies, however shoulder surgery has prevented her from playing much recently. Manjit joined the women's club because she would like to get involved in our charity work.

Deborah moved to the Lake Mary-Longwod area 40 years ago after living in Long Island and New Jersey.  She is an event planner and enjoys movies, the beach and good food.  She has 4 children, all boys, one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter.  She is looking forward to helping us with our fundraising efforts

Charlotte has lived in Heathrow Woods for more than 17 years and is originally from Long Valley, Morris County, NJ. She retired from a career with Prudential Asset Management Company as their Director of Sales, Defined Contribution Plan Administration and Investments. Her hobbies include golf, the arts and theatre, reading and travel. She has two adult children, a son and a daughter. Charlotte joined our club to be involved with our charities to help people in the community, especially children. She is also looking forward to meeting new friends.

Emily moved to Heathrow 10 years ago from St. Pete. She enjoys playing Mah Jongg in her free time. Emily has 3 children, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is looking forward to getting involved in our fundraising efforts and to making new friends.

Debra recently moved to Lake Forest from New York when she retired from her 26-year career in procurement/purchasing for a medical manufacturing company. She has one daughter who lives here in Florida and a son who lives In Stamford, CT and two grandchildren. Her hobbies include pickle ball and golf. Debra is looking forward to getting involved in our club to meet new friends and helping to give back to the community.

Angela recently moved to Lake Mary from Richmond, VA. She is the founder of Igniting Success, a business that partners with company executive leaders to ignite the human potential that lives within all of us. Prior to launching her company, she worked in the financial industry for 25 years. Her hobbies include volunteering, golf, yoga, running, cycling, riding their Harley-Davidson with her husband and spending time with family and friends. Angela has two daughters, Shannon and Courtney. She joined our club because she believes in giving back to the place where you live, work and play. She is looking forward to building relationships with women who share her values and beliefs.

Sandra moved to the area this Spring from Charlevoix, MI. She is a retired physical therapist and spent most of her career working with school age children. Her hobbies include reading, knitting, sailing and exercise. Sandra has three sons who are all married and has three grandchildren. She joined our club because she enjoys helping others, especially children. Being new to the area, she is also looking forward to meeting new people and making friends.

Mary Ann has lived in Heathrow Woods since 1992 when she moved from Atlanta. She is retired after a career as a RN, first in the emergency room and later part-time in medical legal consulting. Her hobbies include travel, needlepoint and reading. Mary Ann has three children and two grandchildren. She joined our club because she has heard positive things and is looking forward to volunteering.

Leslie moved to Sanford in August from the Kansas City area. She is recently retired from her career as a clinical social worker. In her time as a social worker she provided psychotherapy to people living in a community health center setting and later as a supervisor for an outpatient crisis unit for people with severe mental health issues. She also spent part of her career in private practice. Leslie enjoys running, walking, yoga, reading, attending musical events and plays. She has 1 adult step daughter who is married with a 2-year-old daughter, an 18-year-old adoptive daughter, and 2 stepsons ages 10 and 18. All of her children live in Kansas. She joined our club to meet people and to make new friends and find ways to contribute to the community.

Meg has lived in Brampton Cove for the past 12 years after growing up in Ohio and Virginia. She also spent time living in Boston and Miami before ending up in Heathrow. She retired two years ago from her career as a teacher in Orange County and at Annunciation Catholic Academy. She taught Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grade during her 25 year career. Her hobbies include reading, golf, volunteering, yoga and traveling. Meg as 4 children and 6 grandchildren and travels frequently to visit them in Los Angeles, Denver, Dothan, AL and Tampa. She is excited to get involved because she has heard great things about our club and the contributions we've made to benefit our community.

Penny is a snowbird who splits time between Heathrow and Higgins Lake in Northern Michigan. She moved to Heathrow in May of 2018 from the Island of Sand Key in Clearwater Beach. Penny is retired and was previously self employed in communication sales. She is currently a counselor ‑ providing encouragement for women in emotional & spiritual crisis. She also mentors new mothers. Her hobbies include reading, leading book club, walking, kayaking, bible studies, Zumba and travel. Penny has two daughters who are each married and four amazing grandchildren. She is looking forward to getting involved in the community and using her time to invest in worthwhile causes while making lasting friendships and having fun.

Maria Bajayo has lived in Heathrow since 2005 when she moved from Weston, FL. She enjoys helping non-profits, exercising and playing golf. She has one daughter and one son. Maria joined our club because she felt it is a great opportunity to get involved in the community and work with wonderful women for great causes.

Carol joined the Heathrow Women’s Club so that she could form new friendships and participate with dinner get together groups. She is also excited to help with our charities, specifically Safe House of Seminole County. Carol is from Isle of Wight, United Kingdom but now resides in Willowbrook Village with her husband Jeffrey. Carol has six children, 5 grandchildren, and a 15-year-old Yorkshire Terrier. Carol is a retired Teacher who now substitutes at Elementary Schools and is also the President of the Willowbrook Village Association. She enjoys cooking, ballroom dancing, yoga, Zumba, Pilates, and weight training.

Rebekah joined the Heathrow Women’s club as she wanted to become more involved in the community and friends had spoken very highly our organization. She is a native Floridian growing up in Clearwater, FL and moving to Chestnut Hill in 2016 to reside with her husband Christopher, who had lived here since 2005. Rebekah is the Vice President of Government Relations for Kyra Solutions, Inc., a technology consulting firm. She has three children, Grace Caroline 18 months and two stepchildren, Madison 18 and Christopher, Jr. 16. She enjoys playing tennis, the outdoors, and kayaking.
